IRAPONÉ — Guardian of Invisible Bonds
Unique sculptures. Ancestral names. Silent purposes.
They don't guard things, they guard what is lost: the right word, the forgotten path, the healing gesture, the memory of a precious moment.
IRAPONÉ
Iraponé emerged when human connections no longer depended on physical proximity. His interlocking structure symbolizes bonds that resist time, distance, and change, as if each part carried the memory of the other.
His task is to preserve the continuity of relationships. When paths separate or stories are interrupted, Iraponé keeps the thread taut so it may be found again, allowing beings to still recognize one another.
All pieces in the Guardians Collection are born from reclaimed wood—sometimes on paper, sometimes directly on the wood. The form appears, and then the story comes—my text, written for each sculpture.
Each Guardian comes with its certificate of authenticity, attesting to its origin, history, and authorship.
